Failure to make payments on time may result in:
- Suspension of services

- Termination of service agreements
All applicable taxes, including GST where required, shall be borne by the client.
6. Advertising Budgets
Advertising budgets paid toward:
- Meta Platforms
- YouTube
- Other Advertising Platforms
remain separate from service fees.
Advertising spend is non-refundable and subject to the policies of the respective advertising platforms.
EstateCompassX does not control advertising platform policies, algorithms, approvals, or account restrictions.
7. No Performance Guarantees
EstateCompassX provides professional marketing and growth services but does not guarantee:
- Leads
- Site Visits
- Sales
- Revenue
- Bookings
- Return on Investment (ROI)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Search Engine Rankings
- Social Media Growth
Results depend on numerous external factors including market conditions, competition, product-market fit, sales processes, pricing, consumer behavior, and platform algorithms.
Any projections, estimates, examples, or case studies shared by EstateCompassX are illustrative and do not constitute guarantees.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- EstateCompassX retains ownership of proprietary systems, frameworks, methodologies, templates, strategies, processes, and internal tools.
- Clients receive a limited license to use delivered work for their business purposes after full payment has been received.
Clients may not:
- Resell our proprietary systems.
- Copy our frameworks.
- Reverse engineer our processes.
- Distribute confidential materials without written permission.
9. Site Visit Pipeline Engine and Proprietary Systems
EstateCompassX may provide access to proprietary growth frameworks, systems, engines, methodologies, and marketing processes.
Such systems remain the intellectual property of EstateCompassX and Mukund Marketing unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement.
Unauthorized duplication, resale, sharing, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of:
