EstateCompassX did not begin with a business plan.
It began with a frustration watching exceptional developers with extraordinary projects lose to inferior competitors simply because they had better marketing. The problem was not the product. It was the pipeline.

Suyash Mukund founded Mukund Marketing as an early-stage performance advertising shop, quickly discovering that real estate developers had the most to gain and the most to lose from poor digital strategy. The broker duopoly was strangling direct sales. Unqualified leads were burning sales team bandwidth. And no agency in India was solving this with the rigour it deserved.
