This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered for services purchased through EstateCompassX.
By purchasing any service, subscription, marketing package, consulting engagement, advertising service, growth engine, or custom solution from EstateCompassX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Principle
EstateCompassX operates primarily as a professional services business. Due to the nature of digital marketing, consulting, advertising, strategy development, content creation, and campaign execution, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refund approval is not automatic and remains solely at the discretion of EstateCompassX unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement between both parties.

This policy applies to all services offered by EstateCompassX, including but not limited to:

- Meta Advertising Management

- Branding and Design Services
- Content Creation Services

- Consulting and Strategy Services
- Subscription-Based Services

- Site Visit Pipeline Engine
- Custom Marketing Solutions
3. Advance Payments
EstateCompassX may collect payments in one of the following formats:
- 100% Advance Payment
- 50% Advance and 50% Milestone-Based Payment
- Monthly Retainer Agreements
- Subscription-Based Billing
- Project-Based Billing
The applicable payment structure shall be defined in the proposal, invoice, agreement, or statement of work provided to the client.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following payments are strictly non-refundable:
A. Advertising Spend
Any amount spent or allocated toward:
- Meta Ads
- Facebook Ads
- Instagram Ads
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Third-Party Advertising Platforms
shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
B. Third-Party Costs
Any payments made toward third-party vendors, software subscriptions, hosting services, domain registrations, tools, media buying, content production, or external service providers are non-refundable.
C. Consultation and Strategy Services
Fees paid for:
- Consulting Calls
- Discovery Sessions
- Strategy Development
- Market Research
- Marketing Audits
- Business Advisory Services
are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only when:
- The request complies with the signed agreement between EstateCompassX and the client.
- The request is submitted in writing via email.
- The request includes reasonable supporting documentation.
- EstateCompassX determines that a refund is justified after internal review.
Where a refund is approved, the amount refunded may be reduced by:
- Work already completed
- Resources already allocated
- Employee or contractor hours utilized
- Administrative expenses
- Payment gateway charges
- Taxes and government levies where applicable
6. Projects Already in Progress
Once project execution, onboarding, strategy development, content creation, campaign setup, design work, website development, or any other deliverable-related work has commenced, any refund shall be governed by the specific agreement signed between EstateCompassX and the client.
Refund amounts, if any, shall be calculated after deducting the value of completed work and incurred costs.
7. Monthly Retainers and Subscriptions
For recurring retainers and subscription-based services:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Services will continue until the end of the active billing cycle.
- No partial refunds shall be issued for unused portions of the billing cycle.
- Future recurring payments may be stopped after proper cancellation notice.
8. Performance Disclaimer
EstateCompassX does not guarantee:
- Leads
- Site Visits
- Sales
- Revenue
- Bookings
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Search Engine Rankings
- Social Media Growth Metrics
Marketing results depend on numerous factors including market conditions, competition, product quality, pricing, sales processes, consumer behavior, and external platform algorithms.
Accordingly, dissatisfaction with campaign performance alone shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
9. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, clients must submit a written request containing:
- Client Name
- Company Name
- Invoice Number
- Service Purchased
- Reason for Refund Request
- Supporting Documentation

EstateCompassX reserves the right to request additional information before making a decision.
10. Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved:
- Processing may take between 7 and 30 business days.
- Refunds shall be issued through the original payment method wherever possible.
- Banking timelines may vary depending on financial institutions and payment processors.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact EstateCompassX and make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes before initiating any chargeback, payment reversal, or banking dispute.
Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Termination of agreements
- Recovery proceedings for outstanding dues
- Legal action where applicable
EstateCompassX reserves the right to submit project records, communication history, invoices, contracts, deliverables, and evidence of work performed to financial institutions and dispute-resolution authorities.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
