Ratan Planet is a real estate project by Ratan Housing. It is located on Main G.T. Road, near IIT Kanpur, in Naramau, Kanpur.

We handled its full marketing. We ran the entire system, end to end. This included reels, ads, and YouTube. Here is what we did.

Reels Production

We created reels for Ratan Planet. Each reel showed a different side of the project.

We covered location, amenities, and lifestyle. This kept the content varied and fresh.

We shot every video with a clear goal. We wanted each clip to grab attention fast.

We kept edits short and punchy. Long videos lose viewers quickly on social media.

We also added simple captions. This helped the message land, even on mute.

The visuals did most of the talking. Good footage builds trust faster than words.

Ads Management

We ran the ads for Ratan Planet. This included setup, targeting, and daily management.

We built campaigns using the reels we produced. This kept the content and ads working together.

We tested different audiences. This helped us find the buyers who cared most.

We tracked performance closely. We adjusted budgets and creatives based on real results.

Poor ads waste money fast. We stayed close to the numbers to avoid that.

Over time, this improved lead quality. It also kept the cost per lead in check.

YouTube as the Deep Dive Channel

Reels grabbed attention fast, but Ratan Planet needed more room to show its size. The project spans nearly 7 acres, with a golf course, senior citizen plaza, and towers rising 15 floors high.

That scale does not fit into a 30 second clip. So we used YouTube to walk buyers through the full site, tower by tower, amenity by amenity.

We built out full tours of the golf course and the club areas. We also covered the location itself, close to IIT Kanpur and Kanpur’s airport, since proximity mattered a lot to buyers comparing options.

Titles and descriptions were written around real search terms buyers use. Things like flat sizes, nearby landmarks, and possession status.

We kept a steady upload rhythm instead of random bursts. Buyers who found one video often came back to check for more.

Connecting the Whole Funnel

Reels brought people in. Ads carried the momentum. YouTube closed the gap by answering the harder questions a buyer has before deciding.

A tower’s height or a floor plan is not something you sell in a caption.

It needs a proper walkthrough, and that is what the channel gave us room to do.

This structure meant no channel worked alone. Every reel pointed toward more depth, and every ad led back to the same consistent story.

Final Thoughts

Ratan Planet’s biggest asset was its scale and its location near IIT Kanpur and the airport.

Our job was to make that scale visible, not just listed as a number on a brochure.

Reels sparked interest, ads carried it forward, and YouTube gave buyers the full picture before they ever visited the site.

That combination turned a large, complex project into something buyers could actually picture themselves living in.ice.
