Signature City sits on Agra Jhansi Bypass Road, near Badagaon Flyover in Gwalior. It is a joint project by two known local developers, built with villas, apartments, and a golf course on site.

That last part matters. A golf course inside a housing project is rare in Gwalior, and it gave us a real story to tell, not just another set of towers.
The Starting Point
When we took over marketing, Signature City had no consistent online voice. There were listings on property portals, but no real brand story.
Buyers could see the price and the floor plan. They could not see the life inside the community.
We set out to fix that gap. Our plan covered reels, ads ready content, a website audit, podcast production, and on site interviews.
On Site Interviews
We went to the actual site in Badagaon. We spoke with the team on ground about the villas, the golf course, and daily life in the community.
This was not a scripted ad. It was a real look at a real place.
We asked about construction quality and the joint venture behind the project. We asked about what makes the golf course usable, not just decorative.
These answers became short clips for reels and longer segments for the podcast. Buyers got to see the ground reality before they ever visited.
Podcast Production
We built a podcast around Signature City’s story. It covered the joint venture between the two developers and what that partnership means for buyers.
We planned every episode around a clear topic. One episode covered the villas, another covered the golf course and lifestyle amenities.
We handled recording, editing, and pacing ourselves. The goal was a natural conversation, not a sales pitch.

Reels Built Around the Golf Course Story
Most competing projects nearby do not have a golf course. We used that as the core of our reel strategy.
We filmed the course itself, along with the villas and open green space around it. This gave Signature City a visual identity other projects in Badagaon could not copy.
We kept every reel short and direct. Captions carried the message even without sound.
Content Ready for Promotion
Every reel and clip we shot was built for reuse. Short cuts worked for Instagram, and longer cuts worked for the website and podcast.
This saved time later. Nothing needed to be reshot when a new promotion went live.
Website Design Audit
We reviewed the Signature City website end to end. We checked speed, layout, and how easily a buyer could find key information.
The site lacked a clear place to highlight the golf course and villas separately from the apartments. This buried the project’s strongest selling points.
We recommended a clearer layout, faster mobile pages, and stronger calls to action near the villa and golf course sections. These fixes gave the site’s best features room to stand out.
What Made This Project Different?
Signature City had a real advantage in the golf course and the two developer partnership. Our job was to bring that advantage to the surface.
We did not use a generic template here. We built the content around what buyers in Badagaon could not get anywhere else.
Final Thoughts
Reels, podcast, on site interviews, ads ready content, and the website audit worked as one system. Each piece reinforced the golf course and villa story at the center of Signature City.
This gave the project a distinct identity in a crowded Badagaon market. Buyers saw more than a floor plan. They saw a real place with a real story.
